Theme changes and IRC java client available

Hope everybody likes the new colors given to the website. This will allow for more readability. Im still going through a lot of changes but feel free to offer suggestions in the SLUG forum.

Also, the pjirc java irc client is now available as was discussed in this forum topic. There is a link to this java client on the irc page as well.
