Organizational Meeting

  1. Friday seems to work out.
  2. We may meet some place before the meeting at 5:30 pm, then head to the meeting place by 6:30.

  1. We are shooting for a public place, and at little or no cost.
  2. To be coordinated over the mailing list
• Install Fest
  1. An install fest might be a good idea.
  2. We decided we should pick a specific distro and stick to it to create less confusion.
  3. Pick a date
  4. Find a place with enough room

  1. next month - vector doing ip / firewall / tunnels / security
• Book Reviews
  1. Introduce and view a sample of the book reviews
  2. Deciding whether to do a library type concept and check out books, or have drawings for them. looks like we are leaning towards a library idea?
